1. What This Website Is
This is a private reference site with no connection to a court, police department, sheriff, or state office. It does not store government criminal records, retrieve official files, conduct fingerprint checks, or submit forms for visitors.
Its function is to identify the Wyoming County Sheriff, Circuit and Magistrate clerks, West Virginia State Police Criminal Identification Bureau, West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and West Virginia Sex Offender Registry as distinct record sources. Some pages also connect to outside tools used at the visitor's discretion.
